A defective component will be repaired or replaced by the company at its option, free of charge, within the period of warranty, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty is for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The warranty card, duly filled in, stamped and signed by the dealer, along with the relevant cash memo, should be produced with the defective luggage.
• The responsibility and cost of depositing the defective unit at the nearest service centre and collection thereafter is the user’s.
